playshop.dk is a Danish webshop specialising in gaming consoles, games and accessories - both new and pre-owned. We are based in Denmark and ship orders worldwide. Because international shipping rates and import duties vary so much from country to country, we don't show fixed shipping prices in checkout for international orders. Instead, you simply email us the products you want, and we'll quote the shipping for you.

We ship to all EU countries. For private customers in the EU, all prices on playshop.dk include 25% Danish VAT, in line with EU distance selling rules. There are no extra import duties or customs fees within the EU.
Because shipping rates vary depending on weight, size and destination, the easiest way is to send us a quick email. Tell us what you'd like to order and where it should be delivered - we'll come back to you with a shipping price and a link for payment.

We're happy to look at shipping to destinations outside the EU as well - the US, UK, Switzerland, Australia, Canada, Japan and most other countries. That said, international shipping is often more expensive than people expect, and import duties and local taxes can add a significant amount on top. For some smaller orders, the total cost simply isn't worth it.
Still, we'd rather have a look than turn you away. Send us an email with your wish list and address, and we'll come back to you with a realistic shipping price so you can decide whether it makes sense.

We don't quote a fixed delivery time for international orders - it really depends on the destination, the carrier and local customs handling. As a rough guide, EU deliveries typically arrive within a few business days, while shipments outside the EU can take longer, especially if customs clearance is involved. We'll give you our best estimate when we send you the shipping quote.

We've been shipping packages for more than a decade, and we know good packaging makes all the difference - especially for international shipments that travel through multiple sorting centres.
